Jennifer Clair of
property Cooking New York
In may well 2002, Jennifer Clair founded property Cooking New York after years of operating in the culinary industry. Ahead of launching her own boutique cooking school, she worked as a Recipe Editor for The Wall Street Journal and as a Food Editor at Martha Stewart Living (MSL), where she developed cookbooks and managed the Cooking & Entertaining department of Marthastewart.Com. Just before MSL, she worked in the cookbook division of William Morrow & company at Saveur magazine. She graduated from Peter Kump's New York Cooking School (now, The Institute of Culinary Education) in 1998 after receiving a full James Beard Foundation scholarship.
Just before moving to NYC, she was the Catering Manager of the Tabard Inn in Washington, DC. She began her culinary career as the assistant to renowned cookbook author and food historian Joan Nathan.
Holly shelowitz
Holly is quite a Certified Nutrition Counselor and entire Foods Educator. She has been tboth and efairlying cooking classes and nutrition workshops during the Hudson Valley and in Manhattan as a result of the fact 1999. She is genuinely a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and teaches classes in the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and well being in Manhattan. She leads cooking demonstrations at Farmers Markets and encourages individuals to acquire local food during the increasing season to celebrate the bounty we have right here in our community. Her classes inspire participants to get pleaconfident from the creativity and enjoyable of cooking so they're excited to get into the kitchen and appreciate delicious food.
